This person is looking at very serious jail time. He can be charged with various Pinal Codes including but not limited to the following:

IPC 376(Rape), IPC 307(Attempt to Murder), IPC 350 (Criminal Force), IPC 420 (Cheating) IPC 503 (Criminal Intimidation) and IPC 406 (Criminal breach of trust). File a police complaint explaining everything, rest police will take care. Good Luck.

Hi
It is a case of cheating and attempt to murder(Sec 307 of Cr.p.c).
The girl should file a complaint in the nearest police station at the earliest so as to ensure that the evidences are not wiped out by the culprit.
your case is an outright criminal case and police is the only authority who can take action on your complaint and get the guilty punished.
