Cheating and fraud by the authorized agent

I have been thoroughly cheated by the agent who is responsible for sending doctors to Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia, after any doctor duly selected by the delegates of Ministry of health of Saudi Arabia.He himself has invited me to attend the interview as he had been chosen by the Saudi ministry to arrange candidates to attend interview. I attended and got selected. But finally he committed a fraud and cheated me.I have not only lost a good jog opportunity, but also resigned from the job here as well.What can be the legal remedy against this?
We have to file a criminal case of cheating and miss guide us against all of these persons who cheated you in the court as well as we have to file a criminal complaint against them to the Commissioner of Police and the concern police station.

Report to nearest police station for lodging FIR u/s. 420,406,409 of IPC. Show how he gave you an inducement, show how dishonestly he caused wrongful loss to you on parameters monetary, reputation etc. Show how he gained wrongfully if you paid him. And despite requesting money back (if paid) he refused to return it back.
