Sir, I have been cheated by a male on the assuarance of getting married to me since last 12 years. What should I do ?
What should you do ? Continue for 2 more years and claim Adverse Possession.
Are you married ? If not then forget the guy and get married.
As per legal part is concerned, you can always file a FIR against that person.

What a pity..such a cheater should not be set free..you should lodge a criminal complaint against the cheater at the nearest police station for sexual exploitation on false promise of marriage. It amounts to cheating and he will be punished under section 417 Of indian penal code.
