Charged with sections under IPC how long does the case go on
15-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I got into an altercation with an on duty police officer (in my self defense) couple of weeks back. I have been charged with IPC 332, 353, 323 . Please tell me how long will this case go on and the process.
Dear client first u have to apply for bail in court. After getting bail u can apply for quashing of f i r in high court. If yr petition allow u will be free from charged. If petition rejected then trail will go in and case will go on for two to three years. For any legal help call me
