I was dismissed from bank services last year on charges of misappropriation but the case is going on in district court. Now bank has denied all terminal benefits including my contribution of PF and salary arrears on account of revision till the date of my suspension. Subsistence allowance during suspension period was also far less than 50%. What can i do?
If it is a public sector bank then you may file a write petition before the concerned High Court.
You should also move a complaint before the Reserve Bank of India which is responsible for regulating banking businesses in India.
