Caught for drink and drive will I get arrested

I was caught for drink and drive in gurgaon. I was leaving from my friend's birthday party and was going back home. Police officer used breathalyser and it was 35mg of 100 breath. Officer took my license and gave me a challan. Will they cancel my license? Or will they send me to prison? I am 22 years old. Will it have any affect on my carrer?

No.. U will not be arrested or sent to jail.. The challan that you have with you , will be having a date mentioned on it.. You have to appear and fine will be imposed on you.. It does not have any adverse effect on your career

Don't worry they will not cancel your licence, however you need to contact the lawyer for getting your licence and registration certificate from the court by paying the fine,however you should be cautious in future not to drink and drive as it may land you in jail as the amount of alcohol was not much this time in breath analyser.
