Caught cheating in exam from mobile phone, what legal action to take?

Teacher caught me while cheating in the examination from the mobile and they made umc case against me so they took my phone and took off all print off from my phone and i said you made case against me then its ok and now i need my phone back beacuse there is my personnel life's photos videos etc so i dont want to public and watch any one so thats why i need my phone back so i very harrashed by teachers and they didnt give phone back so i let me know can i file case against them in this situation or not . thanks
You can make an application to the said invigilator or to the exam controller for getting your phone back.
