Cash mishandled by others but misused my name, what can I do ?

I am working has incharge in a retail corporate company under me i am handling 4 departments and one is under saving scheme. In that section 3 peoples misused more money . finally when caught the said all they done by my instruction .but i never done any instruction like that. Before company lawyer meet me and threaten me to write letter in a4 paper. that i m working has incharge under me 3 peoples working they misused cash aprox 6 lakhs. so has a incharge i take moral responsibility to collect money from them.and they ask me to pay 1.5 lakhs so i can go out from this problem and they will handle others. so i paid . after one month suddenly now they said they misused more then 12 lakhs so u want to come again to office to speak about that.i dont know what to do now. what step i need to take action now? please give me suggestion

You were neither responsible for their fault in the past nor you are responsible for the same fault in the present situation. You can ask the company to file a police complaint and ask for an enquiry if that doesn't help, ask them to resort to criminal proceedings against those 3 people who misappropriated the money.

If there is any apprehension of arrest by police in this regard you may obtain anticipatory bail before concerned high court or district court.when you are sure that if you are not signed in any papers relating to criminal breach of trust not get worry.but during talk through cell phone or as in person be aware.you may complain before the higher authority in your concern when the surrounding circumstances is favoured you

Give a legal notice to your retail corporate company stating your innocence in the involved matter and mention the amount that you have already aid for the offence that you did not commit.file a complaint before the labour commissioner.

Need to know your responsibilities and the offer letter. You have some sort of gap to escape from your fine. You need not pay any money to your company when you not misused thr company fund. So need not worry
