Since the case filed against you u/s 353 of IPC is that of Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty, you should file a quash petition U/s 482 Cr.p.c in the High court seeking
a) Quashing of petition or Stay and
b) Seeking exemption from personal appearance
Normally in such cases, a good lawyer can help you get a stay and exemption from personal appearance. Once you have exemption from personal appearance you can proceed for higher studies and attend courts only for giving evidence .
