Case under 498A and 406.Can we avoid going to Crime Against Women cell

My brothers wife has filed a 498a and 406 against him. We have managed to get Anticipatory Bail. Can we avoid going to Crime Against Women cell now. please assist.

Hi,

Going by what you have shared herein, it is advised that you should not stop going there at CAW Cell.. Until and unless the police officer there tells you not to come there...

No its a legal right of the women in that nothing happened to you because you are on Bail but you have to sure about that the FIR has been done and your brother is on Bail for the FIR which was registered against your brother. and what complaint against your brother in the women cell.

If the FIR is filed then women cell would not have any say in the matter. It is only before filing of the FIR woman cell try to resolve the matter however, for settling the matter you may go to woman cell. In short, you cannot be forced to come to woman cell.
