Case of juvenile in sessions court in what situation can it go there

There is a case committed to sessions court of juvenile. In what situation can juvenile justice board pass on the case to the sessions court?

The jjboard can pass for committal of case to sessions if the accused is not juvenile...his trial will b done in regular court
It has to conduct an age verification if there is doubt..the medical board after doing the test will give its opnion as regard to age if there is no other proof available

Hi,

If the crime is of severe in nature and the accused is above 16 years of old. Then the accused may be tried as normal accused. This is according to the new amendment. If you explain the nature of crime then , i can guide in better way.
