Hum 5 friends holi wale din cannel per gaye the ghumne waha hum sabne beer pi jisme se 2 friend bath lene chale gaye the jinme se 1 doob gaya humne tabhi police or unke family members ko call karke sab bta diya..Uske bad us friend ki wife ne hum 4 friends per FIR lodge kara di jisme hum doshi btate hue IPC section 302 lgwa di hum sbke bayan or postmartem report dekhne ke bad hume bond bail per chhod diya gaya hai please bataye is case me aage or kya ho sakta hai...Thankyou

I have gone through your query and I would suggest that you first of all don't panic and act with cool mind. Secondly, you should engage a good Criminal Lawyer and tell him the exact facts of the case. Thirdly, whenever, Police calls you for investigation, join the same. Fourthly, wait for the Police to file the charge sheet, so that you can see as to what are the evidences upon which they are relying and the burden is upon them to prove their case. Face the trial and if in case at any stage it appears that you can go for quashing, then approach the concerned High Court.
As of now you are on bail and honour the conditions imposed by Court and wait for the trial to begin.

The FIR lodged against you by the wife of deceased was the primary step of the case. You need to hire a good lawyer to make sure that your defense has properly been explained to the Court. Otherwise you can be in trouble, because bail is not the permanent solution, you must be acquitted from the case.
