Case of defamation on ground of audio recording of abusive language.

Mere neighbour aur uski wife hamesha mujhe meri family ke liye abusive language use karta hai,meri beti ko prose kehta hai.ek din gusse me meri beti ne uski biwi ko prose bola aur galiya do,jab meri beti yeh bol rahi thi to padosi beti ki awaaj record kar raha tha.jiske aadhar pe wo defamation ka case file karne ki dhamki de raha hai,kyoki recording me kewal meri beti ki awaaj hai galiya dete hue.kya is aadhar pe maanhani ka aarop lagaya ja sakta hai?meri beti isse mentaly kafi pareshaan hai aur meri beti aise aadmi se apology nahi Karna chahti.beti ne use prose,dhanda karne wali bola lekin gusse me mujhe kya karna chahiye?kya defamation ka suit is ground pe ho sakta hai ya nahi?

Its is not a case of defarmation there is proper section in ipc if she want to sue against your daughter then only section will be 506 ipc but for better answer u must right words those r used by your daughter so
