Case had been registered under sec 7 & 8 of POSCO act what to do

Case had been registered under sec 7 & 8 of POSCO act....Was arrested in february 2016 & was in jail for two months, released on condition bail since April 2016. We had received summon from special court(sessions) & attended the court Last week.... The Victim girls parent's also came on that day. I think it is the court procedure to ask them, if they need any legal assistance on this case. I think court will give us the charge sheet on the next hearing. We do not want to challenge the case. How do we resolve the case at this stage.. Would you give us some solutions please.
the said act is draconian in nature, the onus is on the accused to prove his innocence, without going in to merits of the case, it is difficult proposition to advice u upon, but i will be in a better position to guide u only if i happen to see FIR, I have dealt with 3 cases in this act and in that we had won one case.
