Case against man for harassment and forceful abortion

I am unmarried, my boyfriend has tortured me from past 1 year in the name of love . I tried leaving him but he always stands outside my door creating issues in public later he promises to marry me and will behave nicely .Few days before I realized that I am pregnant ,we did a medical test which came positive ,now he wants me to abort this baby without my permission also he is not ready to marry me and talk about our relation with his family .I am completely lost as my career is spoiled ,my social image is destroyed and mentally I am depressed . Can I take legal actions against him ,and how?
