Can any lady victim can communicate thru letters with court when she is threatened by the accused for her life, released on bail.

No there is no such procedure, you have t tell your greviounce before public prosecutor at the time of called ur case and meanwhile ask t pp to file rejection of bail earlier granted.. meanwhile file complaint against him jurisidctional police station..

No. Court is not the appropriate forum for her to approach in the very first attempt under the circumstances explained by you. She has to approach the police. Lodge complaint about threat to her life by the accused. The police would take up the matter with the public prosecutor who in turn would inform the court and get the bail cancelled. At the best she may approach the public prosecutor with the facts and request for security cover. All has to be done through police and public prosecutor and not directly with the court.
