Can the retirement increment be claimed after death

mere father ke nam se crimnal case civil court patna me chal raha hai . jisme unke upar crpc 128,420.....etc lagayi gayi hai. ye mamla unke office se sambndith hai.jisme unko 4th month castody me bhi rakha gaya. jabki us se sanbndith koi work bhi unka nahi tha. phir bhi unko mansik arthik preshaniyo ka samna krna pra. mere pitaji ki mirtiu ho gai hai.unko ritairment.incriment acp ka labh sab nahi mila.jabki koi arrop bhi nahi gathit hua hai.Dischrage petition diya gaya tha. ab mujhe kya jrna chahiye.
1- Pehle aap bataiye ki aap k father ko salary to mil rahi thi ya nahi ?
a- After retirement unko Retirement benifit and pension mil raha tha ya nahi ?
b- Agar pension mil raha to after death aapki mother ko family pension mil raha hai kya.
2- Aap k father pe koi departmental proceedings bhi chala tha ?
3- Aap k father Central govt. employe the ya Bihar state k ?
4- After death case kaise chal raha hai dearth certificate with petition file kiya ya nahi ?
a- Jo ki jaruri hai,kisi death person pe case kaise chal sakta hai.
5- After death crimnal case is closed.
