The man got Stroke+ high B.P.,ppartparalysis..his life totally destroyed-the criminal woman enjoyed 3yrs-still.free!
Firstly you need to take a divorce from the wife on the basis of said acts of unfaithfulness. Then based on the factual matrix a case can be established against her of cheating and criminal breach of trust. Criminal prosecution can be initiated against her but the same can it be suggested once the entire factual matrix is made clear.
