Can practise my skill of pick up artist i.e. approaching girls i like

I have a question relating practice of pick up in india.I would suggest you search on google the word"Pick up artist" to know more about sarging.Basically pick up artist is a professional person who approaches women or a girl whom he likes or wana talk.Then if she likes him she gives him her number or they both go out on a date.My question is that can i practise this skill freely in India?What are the limitations i will be facing or are there no limitaions.(I suggest you google the word ' pick up artist ' to know more)Many books are too written on this subject.Thank you looking forward for ans.
There is no law around approaching women in public. But if you approach her in private, you will have zero defense if she files complains with law enforcement.
