Yes you can get bail from session court. Cr.p.c.1973 in Section 438,439 at session court or high court. In your case how many accused in f.i.r. Against and what was the role in F. I. R. Main role or other person role. You can get bail from session court or high court depending on the case.

Bail ho jayegi not an issue. But Jo charge lagaye Hai isko proof Kar sakta Hai kya?
Anyways file a bail application to DJ court for the same.
Other thing will go long in process.

Sure you will definitely get bail from district court as nothing has been recovered from your possession. Merely taking your name by co accused cannot implicate your father in the commission of crime. You should first apply pre arrest bail and simantaneously a 482 petition for quashing of the FIR.
