Ur question is not clear wheather u want maintenance or u want to give Maintainenc. Ur husband dont seem fit for recving , but u can certainly get a particular amount of maintenance provided u obtain medical certificate from doctors regarding your disability/sickness etc. Husband is liable for her wife maint. Irrespective she can earn or not.

Why you to give maintenance to your husband? Since your husband is working and you are not further there are certain conditions for claiming maintenance under section 125 of CrPC wherein conditions are laid down for claiming maintenance and by whom and from whom? You are suffering from ailments rather you have right to claim maintenance from your husband. Consult any Matrimonial lawyer or take online advise.
