Can I request for an exparte order from judge u/s 145

Sir, Can we request for an exparte order in 145 sec from the judge, when accused is attending the court proceedings but deliberately delaying the case by taking dates,accused (landlord)forcibly taken over the premises from the complainant (tenant) connivance with police and looted the belongings after filing the 145 case ,now the case is in the latter stage of recording my (complainant & tenant) statements.submitted all evidences .

ex-parte order is requested from the Judge when the other party is not attending the court but in this case, as the other party is appearing then the judge can not grant ex-parte order..
however, you can ask for the regular order as the matter is getting prolonged and delayed by the other side.
also, as the matter is at the recording evidence stage, hence there is possibility that the judge may not grant the order.
but, you can try surely.
