If at all you are convicted for having sex with prostitute it will only be fine and not jail sentence.
So no worries.
You need not disclose this case in your job application for government job and for passport application.

Supreme Court recently held a crucial judgement for a Rape Convict "Supreme Court reprieve for rape convict to join IAS". You can google it for more information. Coming to passport, you must submit the following if you say "YES" though there will be scrutinity but eventually you will get the passport. You must answer the following 2 while filling the passport application.

8.1 Have you ever been charged with criminal proceedings or any arrest warrant/ summon pending before a court in India? If yes, fill Column 7.1 of Supplementary Form

8.2 8.2 Have you at any time during the period of 5 years immediately preceding the date of this application been convicted by a court in India for any criminal offence & sentenced to imprisonment for two years or more? If yes, fill Column 7.2 of Supplementary Form

if you got punishment you are not eligible for the posts offered by government until the period of moral turpitude is not over so please see by if the punishment is given in lower court then you will have problem until then there is no problem
