Can I get bail if I have been booked under Sec 307,325,148,149,506 IPC

No 307 is on doctor report it will not be removed. But bail can be moved after discharge of complaint from hospital easily. No recovery should not be pending from accused or if 90 days have crossed and no challan has been filed by I.O. ,they bail can be moved.

Sir the above mentioned charges are serious in nature.. However it depends upon the circumstances and facts of the case whether your bail will be granted or rejected. The recovery of the injured person does not evade the offence under 307

Though the above mentioned sections are non bailable in nature specially 307 IPC, however there is no embargo in courts granting bail to accused if court is satisfied that accused shall not run away from process of law & investigations. Usually sessions courts may not grant bail when section 307 is applied by police, however one may approach high court through competent lawyers, bail is possible. As far as removal of section 307 is concerned that's prerogative of police depending on investigations, else one may also approach high court under section 482 CrPC for quashing proceedings against accused.
