Can i fly abroad if any complaint has been filed against me by girl

I heard that a girl has filed a complaint against me for mental & physical torture or so & i am yet not informed by any authorities about the case & my visa is stamped so can i fly abroad?

It is really an "interesting" query, as you have not yet received any information from any authorities officially still you have afraid to proceed for a job. If at all a case will be registered in future, you can defend it in the Court through a Lawyer. However, now you should avail the opportunity for the job which is in your hand at present.
