Can I file fresh complaint under Ipc for using fake date of birthday

98' my father passed away. 99' my tayaji applied the fake will for probate which was dismissed in default in 06'. In probate petition my tayaji also joined an application for me and my brothers guardianship which was also dismissed because my mother is alive, in that application he attached our fake dob's which I can prove easy. Also, simultaneously there is a criminal case of will forgery against him in tis hazari and police has investigation under 202 crpc to recover the will. Can I file a fresh complaint under ipc 466 for using our fake dob's in court proceedings. statue of limitations ?
