Can I file 376 IPC against person who promised to marry and had sex

He said to mrry me since from 2009 but I rejected.whn I fnshd my pg n came to bijapur agin he cld me n said as same.one day he come t my room when no is ther in home and without my consent he had sex with me.and aftr tht he said ok dnt wrry ill mrry u itseems but right now he trying to mrry with othr girl.othr thse al I said in my home n they went his home fr try to convince to get mrry but accused family ws rejected.and we are from same caste n from same. Nw I put 376 case n he is taking anticipatory bail.nw suicide is solution fr my life.bcz police also supported to him and leave him frm ps.
Police do not prefer these kind of cases unless you go to media/court demanding for FIR.
You may not able to sue him as there was consent sex unless some specific criteria. Need to understand whether you have proof that he promised to marry you.
