Can I apply for renewal of passport during case pendency in court

Should there be any problem while applying for renewal of passport , with IPC section 506 (2), what percaution should be talking by me. Please suggest
yes you can certainly renew the passport. You need to make application before the court where the case is pending. You need mention all the facts as to why the renewal of the passport is necessary. the court after hearing the other side will certainly grant direction to the passport authority to renew the same

Hallo, While applying for renewal of passport you have to give details of the Criminal case pending against you in any court of law. The Section 506(2) is non-cognizable, and bailable the complaint is NC type there shall not be F.I.R. of single section. The Section 506(2), the Police can not make investigation, without permission of the court. As per law please check does your case is pending before any Court of Law for trial? If no case is pending before court you not to worry about renewal of Passport.
