Can I apply for a govt job if I am acquitted in murder case against me

SIR, mere father and brother ki gaav m ladai ho gayi thi jisame murder ho gaya tha jisame mara name bhi likha diya tha but us time meri age 18 se kam thi isiliye mere ko childern cort m bheja gaya mare father and brother ab bari ho gaye h but mera case abhi childern cort m chal raha h kya m abhi govt job m apply kar sakta hu kya or agar m kuch time bad bari ho jata hu to usake bad govt job lag sakata hu kya please sir muje dono condition ke bare m suggest kare thanks
आप के पापा और भाई बरी हुवे हे या जमानत पर हे या पेरौल पर हे अगर बरी हे तो आप भी बरी हो जाओगे और आप govt जॉब अप्लाइ कर सकते हे अगर आप मेन मुलजिम हे तो आप नही कर सकते हे अगर आप बरी होते हे या मेन मूलजीम बरी हो गया तो आप भी बरी और आप अप्लाइ कर सकते हे

देखीये प्रथम तो आप सरकारी सेवा में आवेदन कर सकते है चूँकि विचारण चल रहा है और घटना के समय आप नाबालिग थे
और द्वितीय प्रश्न पर कहना चाहूंगा यदि को न्यायालय ने चार्ज से मुक्त कर दिया तो आप की सरकारी नौकरी मे नियुक्ति मे कोई बाधा उत्पन्न नही होगी क्योंकि जब तक न्यायालय द्वारा किसी अपराध के तहत सिद्धदोष नही किया जाता तब तक कोई भी अपराधी नही कहलाता है
अतः निश्चित रहे और तैयारी करे फिर भी यदि कोई आवश्यकता हो तो सम्पर्क करें

There is no bar that you can't apply for govt job during pendacy of a criminal trial. However, you are expected to disclose this fact while applying for the job. On your selection it is for the govt to take a decision whether to offer you govt job. In fact it has to be decided considering the provisions of relevant recruitment rules. However, on completion of trial, if you are finally acquitted by the trial court, you can be appointed on a govt job.
