Can FIR be lodged twice whilst case is pending before court

One time fir done in august 2016 against 498 act and then after girl again done 2nd fir is this possible if matter is already in court and i was in custudy for 75 days i got bail through patna high court.she again done fir against me and 494 and 498 done on me
Ok.u may be in Q quashing for u have false charges against u.she has done 494 due to ur second marriage while a wife alredy you have till the divorce.if u will take divorce by mutual consent it will be gud to both of u.
