Helo sir. Court mein agar bimar hone per B.D.M.S doctor se karvaye gye ilaj ki priscription recipt our fit certificate diya jaye to kya 2nd party advocate ya court usper koi objetion ya use manta dene se inkar kar sakte hain

No, they have no right. the bills of the BDMS doctor is valid as per the constitution of India. As per the Evidence Act 1872 is concerned it has lot of Evidentiary value attached to it. Pl look into it and contact as soon as possible
BDMS doctor is a doctor in the eye of law but the opinion must be based on the of medical science. whether it be admitted or how much weight should be given thereto, lies within the domain of the court, .but you can call your doctor in court to prove the certificate then it may be exhibited in evidence&rest will depend on the answer of the doctor in cross examination in court.
