Kindly ask your lawyer to give you in writing to whatever he is stating over his letterhead. I am sure he can without any hesitations. If he fails to provide the same, i hope the answer should be clear to you.

Your question is not clear to me. I think you did not express your problem rightly in English. Legal terms are different from general English and due to that it became ambiguous. Barasat court is not High court. If you tell me in clear Bengali I would answer you better. If you want make me a feel free call. Thank you.

first one case cannot be return or once FIR lodge it cannot be returned .
second as per writing u have got bail from Hon'bl high court either and next, case will be continue with provision of law by trial procedure after taking evidence of witness thereafter u can either convict or in mutual understanding between ur father then u can acquitted .it is serious matter engage a good defence lawyer for conduct trial because for hostile witness court can convict u as per best judgement .

Look. if the Case is registered as a Suicide Case. Then without trial, the Case did not disposed. Therefore, I can't understand, how the Case is Return. Moreover, Case is Return, does not mean Case is disposed and the Accused is acquital or discharge.
Therefore, before come to a conclusion please collect each and every Copy of Orders (Certificate Copy) and see it carefully, Whether you are discharged or Acquited from this Case or not. If not, then case is continue.. Then follow the direction of your Ld. Advocate.
