Can bail be granted before arrested in IPC 323, 452, 506 AND 34

Sir we had fought with our neighbors, they had filed a false case against us with ipc 452,323,506 and 34. My elder brother and me both are defence personnel. they tried to target our job by filing false case sir please let me know what we can done in that situation...can we get bail without arrest
Sir , you can apply for anticipatory bail .. Once it is granted you will not be arrested , and you can appear on trial.. If you get arrested then it may affect your job.. The sections are not serious in nature.. You will get bail

Yes you can file anticipatory bail in the district court of your area.but till the bail you have to save yourself from arrest by police because once police arrest you u will loose the right of anticipatory bail.
