Can ask bank to provide wife's bank statement in false dowry case

My wife has filed a fake dowry case. I need her bank statements. Can I ask bank to give me. Is it legal to get the statements without her knowledge.

yes sir, of course but you can tell the police and they will investigate the matter and otherwise you can file one compliant in court and the court will summons the record in the court.

Since it is with the independent party i.e bank than it is the duty of the bank official to give impartial service or evidence to court

so you dont have to worry at all

Sir, if u obtain her bank statement it is not illegall.. However in what regard do you want to use it.. Along with dowry case what more she has filed against you..?if you can give. Me more details I will be able to guide you further

hi,
I dont have an idea but you can ask a record from the employer of your wife and in which designation she is working, and you can ask from the bank through RTI only if thier is a large public interest.

You will not be able to obtain third party information legally. Wife also is third party under the Right to information Act and thus the Bank will not give you her statements either unless you have written authorization from her. Thus the only way to get those documents would be through a Court Order.
