You have to get a prior permission from te court to go abroad and study and have to sign a bond that whenever you'll be called by the court you 'll be present and have to get a permanent application allowed...

Dear client,
You must be out on bail and the court must have imposed some conditions on you for granting relaxation of bail, not to leave india might be one of them,
Pls go through with your order of granting bail, you will find answer, if nothing is mentioned, still you can not leave country, however, if you leave, you have to secure your appearance on each and every date of hearing, no one can attend such hearing on your behalf,

No way,
