Can a person leave India for job if a case is still pending

high court. hyderabad directed lower court to dispose the case above in 2 months but not done. shall i get the passport to travel for job abroad appealing to apex court matrimony > Muslim
Pendency of case before the court, it does not mean the you cannot travel abroad. If there is a conditions imposed by the court that you should not travel abroad until the case is disposed, then you need to comply with the conditions.

Inform your advocate to file memo before the court and submit the certified copy of the order passed by the High Court and plead to do the needful. Other wise file a contempt case against lower court in High Court as lower court fail to comply the order.
