Can a person file case against someone who is mentally harassing

My father was passed away few years before. He was worked more than 35 years in Arya bhavan hotel, Madurai and he retired in the year of 2003. The hotel owner Devendra Gupta who is arrogant and pshyo sadist. He didn't give any settlement amount to my father for his retirement. In 2011 year I met him along with my father for sort out own personal problem which connecting with one political person. That time he was requested me to work his hotel to looking after his accounts for time being. I was worked his hotel up to 3 months. During that time I was irritated and insulted by the hotel owner Devendra Gupta. After that I came to know that he will not help me to sort out my problem with that political person. So I quit the job from his hotel. From 2011 to till date he indirectly torturing me and disturbing my Job also. I already gave the petition in local police station in 2016.But still he is not stopped to disturbing and threatening me indirectly to join his hotel again.What can I do?
