Can a person accused of possession of weapons claim for bail

Agr kisi insan ko hatiyar k sath pkda gya ho to uski jamanat kb tk hogi nd agr ye us insan pr dusra case hp to kb tk jamanat hogi....
A person having possession of weapon arrested under arms act can be granted bail but it will depend on type of weapon and quantity of weapons. Pendency of cases is not material. But if Pendency is of same nature and Pendency is heavy example 10 or 20 cases pending than it is hard to get benefit of bail.
