Can a jurisdiction be different from where the theft case can be filed

Is there any trcik using which theft happend in one city can be deal in victim hometown city?

Theft case has to be filled within the jurisdiction where theft has taken place. There is no trick to file the case in hometown city. I will give you advice if you tell me exact fact, and also possibility to deal from hometown.

Nothing known as a trick but yes as per existing legal provisions a case can be filed with the order of the judge in another jurisdiction in the interest of justice. This enables justification for a client for whome justice can be sought for.

You can file a tranfer application in the court .. but if the griviness of case is very tight then the case not transfer . Its a power of court . They can be use this power in special certificate ...

Yes.... Where the theft has been committed or where thief resides permanently both places have territorial jurisdiction to try the criminal proceeding against him.
Other thing is that where vuctim convinient to sue him on that place victim can lodge a complaint against the thief.
