Minimum age for a boy to marry is 21 years and for girl it is 18 years. If you marry before attaining the age of 21 years your marriage will be null and void. Better you wait till you attain 21 years of age and now concentrate in study so that you can earn and maintain your wife after marriage.

Since both of you are adults you can file application for registration of marriage in the court and one month after application date date you can again visit the registration office with 2 witness es and get the marriage registered .

prior to answering this one needs to know the religion of yours and your girl friend ..there is no provision of your marriage in court ....otherwise things could work if you meet some lawyer dealing with family law cases...

As per the age provided you can't marry but your girlfriend can. And for solution I would like to advise that you both keep loving till you mature OR request your girlfriend to marry someone else and keep married till you attain the right age, then she can get divorce and remarry you if she still love you than. Please don’t take my idea otherwise, you see i have seen good many cases of divorce when couple marry very young like you. And I am over sure you both are in the right direction to end up ruining each other. But as you are in love so bad let me tell you a word, it says it is not necessary to marry whom you love but it is necessary to love whom you marry. And as per research it is found that a man falls in love 22 times in his life time. As such don't put in super risk your life, family, carrier and everything just to do a thing in the wrong time which you can do many times in your life later in the right time. And don't think marriage give eternal happiness it only give babies along with hundreds of problems.
