Can a bail granted be cancelled ? Please suggest the procedure.

U can cancel his bail. U have to make application to concern court stating that he is on bail not not following the bail conditions i.e. attending court on every date. Because of that u are suffering .

Yes, cancellation of bail can be applied for. But you need to have proper grounds like change in circumstances, or non compliance of conditions in the bail. A proper reading of bail order will give a clear idea.

Get certified copy of the bail and see on what all conditions he was granted bail. If any of conditions were violated by the accused then bail can be canceled by filing a application to cancel bail before the judge.
