Called up by police if I did not surrender then will I be absconding

If my ABA is pending and i dont surrender when called upon by the police, can be termed as "Absconding"?

If ur ABA is pending and if you are sure about ur aba then forget to go to police station.
If ur aba is rejected then also u r not absconder till the final order from sc.
And surrender to police is not always tough u can have other option.

You can be declared absconding only after ABA is rejected and you are still not surrendering. In other situation it will never be traeted as absconding. ABA is pending shows that, you are not hiding yourself and is in contact through your representative.
