Brother sexually abused me now i want to file a case against him

When i was 12 -13 years old. My brother sexually abused me. Now I am 27 years old, if i want to file a case against my brother where can i file it? And can i avoid disclosing my name in any manner?
Yes, you can file a FIR against him and state your reasons to the police for the delay caused. As the report is concerned then the name will come but you can request the police to change your name in order to maintain privacy if it comes anywhere in public.
