very said to hear,

The bare reading of the above facts make out the case of abetment of suicide and would suggest to make a complain alleging the harassment act etc ...

File an FIR under Indian penal code section 309 that is abetment to suicide. Attempt to commit suicide: Whoever attempts to commit suicide and does any act towards the commission of such offence, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine or both.[1]
Abetment of suicide: If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.[5]
Decriminalization[edit]

hi,
yes you should do a report to a police and try to lodge the FIR against that person, and collect and show all the relevant proof against him to the police.....

thanks & regards
