Brother accused of 498A how can he get out of it

My brotheri s been charged after 10 years of his marriage on section 498A and 407 and many others . we need to know how criticial it can get . as two bail dates due to some reason has been rejected . the third one we had withdrawn as my sister in law came with two lawyers and we were not prepared and the lawyer thought it might not be frutiful . we might get another date . we have got all proofs of her wonderful stay at our place for all these years . kindly suggest . thanks . !
Dear client if complaint is false and yr brother has not done wrong then need not to be worry. First take bail from court and then file petition for quashing of f I r in high court. If high court allowed quashing then yr brother will get free from all charges. For any legal help call me

The matter of bail is depend on how crucial your case is and skills of lawyer. And 2 times it had been rejected, it mean either element is causing it.
