Brother accused in false assault and attempt to murder case what to do

When he gone to attend the court case yesterday in his wife village of Gangakhed near parbahni dist alone at the lunch break his brother in law & father in law with their freinds beaten him very much & put the another case on him that he tried to kill his own son 5years and when my brother one to raise complaint for this the police also taken him in custody & grant the opposition to go and after so much request taken his case. but now another case charged against him & he is very frustrated now. Medical also done in political pressure. What should do we now
