I had been into a relationship for 9 years with a guy. Guy earlier promised to marry me n now is refusing .. has evn insulted me many times and raised hand twice. Evn now he says he is with me sinve last 2 years cz I wuz forcing him to stay with me bt still wuz maintaining physical relationship keeping me in dark. So can I file any kind of case against him..
