Boy promised to marry and had intercourse with me now denying

I am of 30 years and i am in relationship from last six years. Boy proposed me for marriage. And assure me that he want to marry with me. His cousins also know me. With the passage of time he said he need comfortable zone with me as we will going to marry and had intercourse with me. Several times we had intercourse. Now he denied to marry and threatened me not to share with anybody. And also said take help of women cell. i have recordings of our conversation and chats. Now i lost my virginity because of him and cant marry with another. What action should be taken..Please suggest
It is very sad what has happened with you. There have been several such cases that have been reported in the past few years. Courts in general have been extremely sympathetic towards the women in such cases. You have the option of filing a case under section 376 of the IPC against the boy of rape under the pretext of marriage.

As per new Rape laws, you can easily put that boy behind bars under section 376 (n) of Indian penal code.
And for recordings also if he has done something they are not easy to prove in court.

you can file the complaint against him for commiting rape but your case in more likely covers in cheating not rape ... so file a complaint under rape and cheating both because the person have proofs.
