Boy made false promises for marriage what action can i take.

a guy and his family has promised me to marry,n later on they ask for dawry, when we said we cannot fulfill their demands they denied for the marriage, n that guy has physical terms with me, when i got pregnent, he denied also n asked n pressurize me to sign a paper said that i was not in a relationship with him, kindly help, he is getting married now in a week, what should i do
You should immediately file a police complaint stating all the facts in details. Also, file a case for injunction against him. If you want to continue with the relationship, file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.

Sexual relationship under the promise of marrying is a criminal offence and he can be prosecuted under Section 376 of the IPC for Rape. He can be prosecuted even if the sexual relationship happened with your consent. So make a formal complaint before the concerned Police station.
