Bogus Loan by credit Society
14-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
FIR registered under 420 against co-op Society. Charge sheet not yet ready. Anticepatory Bail hearing is on. Accused gave me recovery notice now and threat to sue me in Co-op court. Are they eligible to sue me in any court when criminal proceeding is on? What should be my stand?
Yes

Not a specific question..
But still I'll try...
If 420 is filed against the co.op and then co.op sent a legal notice for recovery (loan / debt) and if you are sure that you have taken loan in fair and legal way then..
You are in trouble...
Yes ..co.op can file recovery suit against you to recover loan amount and all documents are full checked and genuine and are under as per legal procedure, then bank can any how recover amount from you.
And if it is / was not in genuine process then everything may be on yoir side.
Feel free to contact.
